The Committee on Judicial Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt in the second reading and in entirety the draft law “On Amendments to the Civil and Economic Codes of Ukraine” (re commercial concession agreements)

The bill (0923) suggests amendments to article 1118 of the Civil Code and article 367 of the Economic Code, according to which, obligation for state registration of commercial concessions agreement is imposed on central bodies of executive power that secures realization of state policy in the sphere of intellectual property.
